Filling-
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 1/2-2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping-
2/3-3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 8x8 pan. Mix rhubarb, salt and sugar; place in pan. Mix topping ingredients with pastry blender or by hand; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º for 30 mins.
