4 c. huckleberries, fresh or frozen
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
dash of salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
double crust for 9 in. pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, and salt; toss with huckleberries. Add lemon juice, gently mix. Let stand while prepping pie shell. Spoon filling into shell; dot with butter. cover with top crust, slit to let steam escape. Bake at 425º for 40 to 50 mins.
