1 c all-purpose flour
c sugar
1 T baking powder
t salt
2 c All-Bran cereal
1 c milk
1 egg
c vegetable oil
1 c blueberries (optional)
Cinnamon sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Set aside. In large bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand 2 minutes. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Divide between 12 standard muffin-pan cups, lined with paper liners. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. Great to add a cup of fresh or frozen blueberries. Also good to top with cinnamon sugar before baking.
