1 (300 g.) package frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (2 oz.) package Knorr vegetable or leek soup mix
1 (10 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 loaf pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Squeeze excess moisture from spinach.
2. In bowl, combine sour cream, spinach, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions. Stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
3. Scoop out large hollow on top of bread loaf. Fill with dip mixture.
4. Serve with bread cubes cut from center and assorted fresh vegetables. Makes 4 cups.
