5 C bread cubes
4 eggs
1 1/2 C milk
1/4 C white sugar, divided
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 T. butter, softened
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Lightly butter 8 x 8 baking pan. Line bottom of pan with bread cubed, in a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, 2 T sugar, salt and vanilla, pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with margarine, let stand for 10 mo. Combine remaining 2 T sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake 45-50 min until top is golden.
