Italian cheeses - marinated mozzarella balls, mozzarella wrapped in
procuitto, smoked mozzarella, extra sharp provolone , aziago, etc.
1/2 lb capicola hot or mild
1/4 lb genoa salami
1/4 lb slicing pepperoni
stick meats 1 of ea - pepperoni, sopresata capicola chorizo
lg container olives from olive bar
marinated egg plant bought or made
jar roasted peppers
jar pepperoncini
specialty crackers and party breads
large stuffed cherry peppers and sweet peppers

Directions:
Best to platter on a large round tray. Using the lunch meats as the base place right below the rim of the tray. Next put cubed or sliced cheeses and sliced stick meats. In between meats and cheeses place vegetables. On top of platter spread the olives and different variety of peppers. Once assembled you can sprinkle the tray with olive oil or use the juice from the marinated mozzarella.

You can't mess this up. Just need to watch because this can get really expensive. If that isn't an issue just go for it and everybody will think you are a wonderful caterer.
