1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oleo
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup. chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Frosting:
1 1/2 - 2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 - 5 tbsp. water
1tbsp. oleo

Bake at 350º until done. Let cool. Frost!
