1 (24 oz) frozen shredded hash browns
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/3 C onion chopped
salt & pepper to taste
2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pint (16 oz) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns, mix all ingredients and put nto 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 for 45 min. To with 1/2 butter melted.
