One whole chicken
1 small head broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken gently in water for about 1 hour or until chicken is tender and comes off the bone easily. (You may use the equivalent amount of canned chicken or other cooked chicken easily)
Place cooked chicken and broccoli into a 13x9 greased baking dish. Add mayonnaise, soup, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir all together in dish. Spread mixture evenly in dish and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 or until warm and bubbly and cheese is melted.
