1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice
1 - 3 ounce pkg. instant pistachio pudding

1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 large carton frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 cup coconut or fruit cocktail, drained.

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pudding over the pineapple in its juice. Mix very well.

Add the mini-marshmallows, whipped topping, and fruit cocktail (or coconut).

Makes large bowl and will keep for days in the refrigerator.

Grandma Koblin first introduced this at Family Reunions. Mom continued the tradition, but also served this when family came to visit.

Both Mom and Grandma always used fruit cocktail.
