1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. mined onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion together in large skillet. After cooked and fat is drained off, sprinkle meat with flour. Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, and soup. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
