3 cups grape tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cooked pasta
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Toss grape tomatoes with olive oil. Place on baking sheet lined with foil.

Roast at 400F for 20 minutes.

Puree tomatoes with vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper.

In a saucepan over medium heat, add tomato soup and 1 cup cooked pasta. Cook for 5 minutes. Top with shredded cheese.
