Sandwich bread

Egg salad sandwich:
4 hard boiled eggs
Pickle relish or chopped pickle
Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise
Lettuce

Chicken salad sandwich:
Diced, leftover cooked chicken
Chopped pickle
Mayonnaise
Lettuce

Tuna salad sandwich:
1 can tuna, drained
About 2 tbsp. mayonnaise or miracle whip
Diced pickles
Diced celery
Diced onion
Diced hard boiled egg
Lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
For egg salad sandwich: Mash hard boiled eggs with relish. Add mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Moisten with mayonnaise. Add desired amount of egg salad on bread slices. Top with lettuce and serve!

For chicken salad sandwich: Mix together chicken, pickle, salt and pepper. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten mixture. Add desired amount of salad to bread slices. Top with lettuce and serve!

For tuna salad sandwich: Mix together all ingredients with enough mayonnaise to moisten. Add desired amount of salad to bread slices. Top with lettuce and serve!
