2 c flour
1 c salt
1 c cold water
1 T oil
4 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring or coloring of your choice - Kool-Aid can be added for color and smell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and coloring together in a large saucepan. Add dry ingredients and oil. Cook over low to medium heat until the dough comes away from the sides of the pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat, when cool enough to handle take dough out of the pan and knead it for 3-4 minutes until nice and pliable. Enjoy!
