6 - 8 cabbage leaves
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 cup rice
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion chopped

Boil cabbage leaves until tender
mix remaining ingredients
place some in cabbage leaves and roll
place in large pot.
pour 2 cans tomato sauce and 1 can of water
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
cook on low for 1 1/2 hours....will freeze well.
