Diced, cooked meat
Sliced tomatoes

Directions:
Butter outside of bread. Add sliced cheese. Cook on heated griddle over medium-high to high heat. When bottom side browned, flip sandwich and brown the other side. Cheese should be melted.
Don't try to cook these too fast or you will burn the bread and the cheese will not be melted.
Processed cheese works best for a fast cooked sandwich. If you are willing to put more time (and flavor) into your sandwich, don't use processed cheese.

You can do an open faced sandwich by leaving the sandwich open and broiling in the oven. Can add lettuce and other things after broiled.
