1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 beaten eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 TB baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and margarine in mixing bowl. Add eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla and stir together. Mix in flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350º oven, 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. For bar cookies, pour into 9x13" pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
