1 T Dijon mustard
4 chicken breast halves skinned
1/4 t pepper
1/3 c butter
2 t lemon juice
1/2 t garlic salt
1 t dried whole tarragon

Spread mustard on both sides of the chicken, sprinkle with pepper.
cover and refrigerant 2 to 4 hrs or overnight
melt butter stir in lemon juice garlic salt and tarragon Place chicken on grill over med heat baste with sauce
cover and cook until tender.
