1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (or 3 square of unsweetened chocolate)
1 1/2 tsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts opt
1/4 c. vanilla wafers opt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Stir in corn syrup, cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix well until smooth. Add 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers (or more to make more). When cold enough, coat hands with butter and form into balls. Put a piece of walnut on top.
