1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic (can used dried minced garlic)
1 tsp. lime juice
1 - 15oz can chicken broth
1 c. water
1 TB lime juice
2 tsp. sugar
3 TB chopped cilantro (dried OK too)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, margarine, garlic, lime juice, chicken broth and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low 15-20 minutes, until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Combine 1 TB lime juice, sugar and cilantro. Pour over cooked rice and mix together. Serve with favorite Mexican main dish.
