4 c. flour
1 lb. unsalted butter
8 oz. cream cheese

Filling:
16 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Filling
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and egg.
Whisk the flour with the butter and cream cheese. When it is mixed well, form round balls with the dough flattening each ball into a round shape. Place the filling on one side of the circle of dough, folding in half and pressing the edges with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. When they cool sprinkle with sugar.
