3 cups cubed peeled potatoes
1 can chicken broth
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
8 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in broth with celery seeds, parsley, salt and pepper. Approximately 15 minutes. Combine flour and milk until smooth, add to soup. Bring to a boil, 2 minutes. Add cheese until melted.
