Ingredients:  
1 head cabbage, chopped in bite-sized pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 sticks butter
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stack RITZ crackers
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Layer cabbages and onions in large casserole dish.
3. Mix 1/2 stick melted butter, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mushroom soup. Pour over cabbages and onions.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Mix RITZ crackers, cheddar cheese, and 1 stick of melted butter. Layer over casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
