3 c. hot mashed turnip
3 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Buttered crumbs
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Combine first three ingredients. Add remaining. Mix well.
3. Turn into buttered baking dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake for 25 minutes. May be frozen, thawed and then baked.
