1 lb. hamburger
2 medium-sized onions
2 stalks celery
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger, onions, and celery in electric fry pan until brown. Add the uncooked rice, soy sauce, chicken and mushroom soups and mix. Pour into a baking dish and bake for one hour in a 350º oven.
