Ingredients:  
2 litre (4 cups each) boxes of tomato soup stock
1 large onion, 1/2” dice
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 7-oz. can diced tomatoes, drained,
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil, dried
¼ tsp. parsley, dried
Dash of freshly ground pepper
2/3 c. pasta shells

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine everything except pasta in a pot. Heat to boiling.
2. Add pasta. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
3. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
