1 tz materia grasa
1 tz azucar moreno
1 tz azucar
2 huevos batidos muy bien
1 cdta de vainilla
1 1/2 tz de harina
1 cdta sal
1 cdta bicarbonato
3 tz avena rapida
1/2 nueces picadas (opcional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mezcla la materia grasa y los azucars juntos. Mezcla dentro los huevos y vainilla. Agrega la harina, sal, bicarbonato, avena, y nueces. Mezcla muy bien. Forma 3 rollitos. Envuelve cada uno en plastico o papel encerado. Refrigerar hasta que este firme. Estos tambien se puede congelar y usar a su entojo. Corta en rebanadas de 1/4 de pulgadas y hornea a 350 grados por 10 minutos.
