Ingredients:  
4 pork chops
1 medium onion, cut in 4 slices
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in large non-stick skillet or electric fry pan. Top each chop with an onion slice. Dissolve beef bouillon in hot water. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chops are tender. Remove chops and onions to platter and keep hot. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Stir evaporated milk into drippings in pan. Heat, stirring constantly until bubbling. Serve in a separate bowl to spoon over chops.
