3-4 cup chicken, cut into pieces
2 T oil
2 large onions, chopped
2 T flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T curry powder
2 cup chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in oil, remove. Brown onions in oil. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and curry. Add stock and stir until thick. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken and cook until tender. Serve over rice with bananas, nuts, coconut, raisins, etc.
