1 cup of celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 (6 oz) cans of crab meat, drained
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp of cold water
1 (10.75 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 dash of hot sauce (such as Tabasco)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir the gelatin and water in a small bowl until the gelatin is softened.
2. Heat the soup, mayonnaise, onion and cream cheese in a pan until the cream cheese is melted, stirring often.
3. Add the gelatin mixture and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
4. Stir in the crab meat and celery.
5. Place the crab mixture into a 1 1/2-quart mold and chill until it's firm.
