2 - 3 pounds Ground meal / drained
1 bag of rice cooked (Uncle Bens - boil in bags)
2 - 3 small cans tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 pound cheddar cheese
6 - 8 green peppers (topped and cleaned)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat/drain.
Add tomato sauce, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and cheese.
Stuff peppers then sprinkle a little cheese on top of peppers.
Place peppers in pan, standing up so they don't turn over.
Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered.
