Crust:
2 cups flour
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup butter
3 T. oil
2 2/3 T. cold water
1 egg

Filling:
6 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 T. lemon juice
40 caramels

Topping:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and salt; cut in butter and oil. Blend in egg and cold water until pie crust consistency. Roll out and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Mix apples, sugar, flour and lemon juice thoroughly and place on crust. Combine caramels with milk, heat until melted. Pour over apples. Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg with electric beater until creamy. Pour over caramel topping. Sprinkle nuts on top, bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
