4 tbsp. marg.
4 slices white toast
½ tsp. Garlic salt
2 ½ c. cooked tomatoes
1 tsp. Grated onion
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 2 tbsp. marg. over toast, sprinkle with garlic salt, and cut into cubes. Combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Place cubes in a greased 1 ½ quart casserole dish and add tomato mixture. Pour remaining melted marg. over top. Bake at 375º for 20 min.
6 servings.
