1 Box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
(Make cake per instructions on back of box, with whole eggs)
Bake in two - 8 inch round cake pans
1 bag coconut flakes (save for top of frosting)
1 Can coconut cream

Frosting:
1 box confectioners sugar (1 lb)
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
milk to thin

Directions:
Directions:
Take prepared and cooled cake layers, poke holes in first cake and add coconut cream for moisture, then spread some frosting (keeping enough for entire cake), sprinkle coconut flakes onto frosting. Take second layer and repeat process (coconut cream into holes, frosting, then coconut flakes) Do the same with the sides of cake.
