3 cup mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 t. vanilla
dash of salt

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
3 t. flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, milk, eggs vanilla and salt with potatoes. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish and sprinkle top with mixture of brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350
