2 crusts (top and bottom)
3 small sweet potatoes or more
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Boil until tender. Peel the sweet potatoes.
3. Mix all ingredients together well.
4. Line baking dish with pie crust and add pie mixture. Place crust on top and bake until crust is done.

Mama used canned biscuits sometimes for her crust. Faye uses regular pie crust.
