Dressing:
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp jalapeno, minced
1/4 c fresh lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey

Salad:
1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed & drained
3/4 c tomatoes, seeded & chopped
3/4 c jicama, peeled & chopped
3/4 c corn kernel, frozen or canned
3/4 c green onion, chopped
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled & diced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a bowl & set aside.
Toss all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
Drizzle salad dressing over the salad and toss. Season with salt & pepper, if desired.
