1 bag of cleaned, trimmed green beans
1/2 lemon
2 oz gorgonzola crumbles
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Steam green beans until tender but still firm. Place hot, cooked greenbeans in serving dish and sprinkle gorgonzola crumbles over the top and cover for 5 min or until cheese is melted. Remove cover, squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon over the top, add cracked pepper to taste and serve!
