2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup shortening
2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, syrup and shortening together. Dissolve baking soda in boiling water and stir in flour. Batter will be very thin. Bake at 350º until done.
