1 pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/2 lb. sausage or bacon or ham
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 T. chopped green onion or chilies or both
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425º. Separate crescent rolls into 2 rectangles and line a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Press seams together. Place cooked sausage, crumbled bacon or ham pieces, whichever meat you choose or all three, onto the crescent dough. Add shredded cheeses and remaining ingredients. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until deep golden brown and eggs have set.
