Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 pkg. each Frozen chopped cauliflower and broccoli cooked and drained (or use just broccoli or just cauliflower)
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
2 Med. Onions - chopped
1 c. Mayonnaise
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 Egg yolks beaten
ritz crackers (crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together – season with salt and pepper to taste. Put in buttered casserole. Crumble ritz crackers on top. Dot with butter . Bake at 350ºfor 40 min.
