1 lb. hamburger
½ c. bread crumbs
¼ c. milk
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. Worchestershire Sauce (or more … my husband really likes this so I often use 1 Tbsp.)
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Mix ingredients together.
3. Shape into 1 ½ inch balls. (I use a meatballer to make this step easy.)
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake until light brown – 20 to 25 minutes.
5. Serve with spaghetti sauce, a sweet & sour meatball recipe or Alfredo sauce.
