c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour
c. icing sugar
1 (8-oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1/3 c. white sugar
1 pkg. Dream Whip (mixed according to directions) I usually substitute 1 to 2 c. of prepared whipped cream

Fruit: strawberries, kiwis, raspberries, Mandarin oranges, etc.

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
c. white sugar
1 c. pineapple juice (I sometime substitute mandarin orange or peach juice)
1 tsp. lemon juice.

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine first three ingredients together well. Spread evenly over a pizza pan and press down with a fork.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool
4. Cream together cream cheese & sugar. Add Dream Whip or whipping cream.
5. Carefully spread creamed mixture on cooled crust. (Drop by spoonfuls on crust before spreading this step can be a bit tricky.)
6. Arrange sliced fruit on cream cheese (e.g. strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, mandarin oranges, blueberries, grapes whatever is available).
7. Cook glaze on stove until thick. Pour over fruit. Chill the pizza.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Fruit looks particularly nice when arranged in circles around a whole strawberry in the centre.
