1-1.5 lb chicken wings
4-5 pieces of celery chopped
1 - onion
3-4 cups of water
Salt and Pepper to your preference
1-Lg container of Swanson Chicken Broth
1-Lg pkg of Tortellini ( Cheese or Chicken or Sausage)
1-Pkg Fresh Baby Spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Place Chicken, celery, onion, seasonings and water in Crockpot. Turn Crockpot to HIGH for about 3-4 hours or until wings are done. Take wings out of broth and set in fridge to cool.
Add additional broth if needed to crockpot (leave room to add chicken, tortellini and spinach later) turn crockpot to LOW.
Debone chicken and add back to crockpot.
About 2 hours before serving add the Tortellini and Spinach( I use only half of the bag).
Turn crockpot to High last 2 hours.
