1 13oz can chicken breast in water, drained
1 c. cooked rice
1 15oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 - 8 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, rice, tomatoes, seasoning and cheese. Wrap in tortilla. Deep fry or grill in skillet until cheese is melted and tortilla is lightly browned. Top with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
