Ingredients: 1 Box Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix (may substitute Lemon Pudding)
3/4 Cup Milk (I use skim)
1/2 Cup Tequila Rose
1/4 Cup Vodka
1 8 oz Container Cool Whip
Additional Supplies:
2 oz plastic cups (sold @ Walmart with covers or 2 oz red solo cups without covers, also @ Walmart)
1 Pack of mini craft sticks (also @ Walmart, sm popsicle-like stick)
Cookie sheet or tray

Directions: |
Directions:Mix the instant pudding with the milk, Tequila Rose, and Vodka using a wire whisk until thickening. Add all but 1/4 cup of the Cool Whip and gently blend in with the whisk. Spread the 2 oz cups over the cookie sheet and pour or plop in pudding mixture to 3/4 full. Freeze for 1-2 hours. Then add a small plop of the Cool Whip on top of each approx. dime size. Back into freezer for 1 hour. Apply covers for easy keeping and store in zip loc bags in a chest freezer to prevent freezer burn. Will keep in a chest freezer for a few weeks. Serve frozen. |
