1 1/4 cups light cream
1 1/2 cans condensed milk
1 1/2 cups good Irish whiskey
3 to 4 tbsp. Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. almond extract
pinch of instant coffee crystals

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and blend in a blender for 30 seconds. Store in a tightly sealed bottle and refrigerate. The Irish Cream will keep up to 2 months if kept cool. Shake well before serving.

I made this for our annual wine and chocolate event. I tried 6 different recipes for homemade Irish Cream and this was the best. Everyone who tasted it couldn't believe it was homemade and asked for the recipe. So creamy and smooth...be careful, it goes down really easy!
