2/3 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup yellow cornmeal
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Store in covered container until needed.

When a recipe calls for a jiffy corn bread muffin mix just whisk in the
vegetable oil and mix until dry mixture is smooth and lumps are gone.
