1 head lettuce, torn bite size pieces
6 stalks celery, sliced thin
1 medium sweet onion, sliced thin
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad dressing
vinegar
1/2 pound bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
On flat tray, place bite size pieces of lettuce, top with sliced celery, layer of onion rings. Mix sour cream and sugar together, drizzle over salad. Mix salad dressing thinned with small amount of vinegar, drizzle over salad. Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for a couple of hours prior to serving. When ready to server top with crumbled bacon and sprinkle entire salad with Parmesan cheese.
