Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe came from Louise Lowry, and was a "staple" for entertaining, because it makes a LOT - I often had about 10 people when hosting my Growth Group; we'd eat taco salad and still have leftovers. Everybody really liked this and it's an easy, inexpensive way to feed a crowd.

***I never put hot sauce in with my dressing mixture, but had some on the side for anybody who wanted to add it.
